Dill Pickle Pasta Salad
Ready to make something seriously delicious? Here are the ingredients for this fabulous, flavour-packed (and almost world-famous) dill pickle pasta salad:
- 3 cups dry pasta of your choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp 1908 Barbeque Dill Pickle Wing Rub
- 2 tbsp white onion | About 1/4
- 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
- 1/2 cup dill pickles chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp sriracha or Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped green onion for garnish
1 | Boilin’ Point
Boil pasta, drain, and place in a large bowl.
2 | Chill Mode
Mix olive oil to the pasta, set aside to cool.
3 | Mix Things Up
In a medium bowl, mix all other ingredients except cheese and green onion.
4 | Go All-In
Mix in with the cooled pasta.

Boil pasta, drain, and place in a large bowl.
5 | Cool & Relax
Refrigerate for an hour or two.
6 | Final Touches
Serve garnished with cheese and green onion, and enjoy!

- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2-3 tbsp 1908 Barbeque Lemon Basil Rub (depends on your taste.).
- 2 tbsp vinaigrette of your choice
